Shipping:
All items that are in stock will ship within 48 hours of order received. Delivery time will vary based on your location and carrier used.
Please allow 3 weeks for special orders.
All items are subject to shipping, handling and insurance fee.
All shipments require a signature upon receipt.
All orders must be delivered to a physical street address. We can't ship to P.O. boxes.

Returns/exchanges:
Online purchasing: if you are not completely satisfied with your handbag, please contact Sausburg within 48 hours of receiving the product with a reason why.
Items must be received in original unused condition, tags attached and in their original packaging within 5 days of your request for exchange/return.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. All returns must be insured for the value of the handbag via UPS, FEDEX or insured registered mail.
Sausburg will not be responsible for uninsured handbag(s), lost or damaged during shipment.
No returns on custom orders.
One exchange per purchase is allowed.

Tax:
Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped within the sate of California.

Unfortunately it is impossible to experience the true color depth, texture and feel of each bag through a photograph. The images on this website were adjusted to closely resemble the real life product. However, the depiction of each item is dependent on monitor settings and/or the graphic capabilities of the computer and monitor used for viewing this website. For this reason color accuracy cannot be guaranteed.

Leather is an organic material and is subject to natural blemishes (such as a small scar) as well as stretching, scratching, and rippling that occur with use over time.
Every effort is made to prevent stretching of leather straps, by lining the inside with a durable material, however, there is no guarantee that straps won't stretch with normal use over a period of time.

Please keep in mind that all handbags are one of a kind hand made products and that two of the same bags will likely not be identical. In most cases materials used are limited in quantity and once used up, a particular bag will be taken out of the collection.
