The Sausburg Sewing Kitchen is home to handbag chef Peggy Airey-Van Diem who cooks up delicious handbags for modern women with fine taste.

Each handbag is individually designed and hand-crafted by the designer using materials such as genuine leather, luscious fabrics, wools, satins & vinyl as well as vintage materials.

To better capture individual style, the design of each handbag starts with the gathering and matching of materials before going to the drawing table.

Sausburg bags remain exclusive due to the limited availability of certain materials. Usually only one or two of the same bags are made.
